How It Works

We know your time is precious, so we designed our system to be as easy as possible.

    1. Create an account
    2. Design a welcome packet for all your associations using our easy to use customization tool.
    3. Customize your DVD label (optional – additional fees apply).
    4. Approve your packets and check-out.
    5. We will assemble your packets and mail them to you labeled and ready to go.
    6. Put your business card in the folder and add any additional items you may wish – pool key, parking pass, coupons, statements, etc.
    7. When a closing request comes in add the fee at which you determine to the closing statement.
    8. Once re-sale information has been obtained mail-out the Welcome Packet to the new homeowner.
